We were disappointed when we arrived to find that our standard room was not ready and the shower was not functioning properly. Olaya at the reception was apologetic and organized a free upgrade for us. She were very good too make sure our stay was comfortable. Our suite was nice and comfortable, and the reception staff, including Olaya, were always professional and helpful. Despite the initial setbacks, their excellent service made our holiday stress-free.

The hotel's cleanliness was great, with daily changes of towels and bed linen. The facilities, especially the rooftop, were amazing. I had an amazing time staying in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for exploring, with shops, restaurants, and pharmacies right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfy and clean. The bathroom was spotless and the towels and bed linen were changed daily. The hotel even helped secure a grand taxi for us, making it easy to get around. a fantastic stay with great facilities and a convenient location.
One small downside was the occasional noise from the busy roads outside, but it wasn't too bothersome.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and pharmacies just a few steps away. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, attending to our every need. Despite some language barriers, their service was top-notch and they made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.
Although the staff were generally helpful, there were a few instances where the receptionist was not as friendly as we would have liked. However, overall, the service was excellent and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
